Order Processing    Graphic Designer

Entry Level Position Order Entry and processing 

Location:  Mission Viejo, CA

We need an energetic applicant for this entry level position.

Responsibilities include:

- Processing and packing incoming and outgoing US mail, FedEx, UPS
- Tracking packages using online system
- Interacting with customers and taking orders over the phone, answering questions and fulfilling requests in a timely manner

-Organizing stock as it comes in.

- Processing orders
- Must be able to work independently in a fast paced messy environment
-reliable transportation between our location and shipping

-Order entry, using a computer

A plus would be (not required):

HTML programming

Familiarity with accounting programs

Hours: Monday-Friday, Very Flexible 2-5 hours a day Weekends OK but not required.

REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualities:

- Good references
- Working knowledge of MS Office & Internet
- Reliable transportation

Desired Qualities:

- Attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Verbal skills for communicating with clients and vendors
- Proactive in anticipating customer needs

Graphic Designer (Part Time)

Location:  Mission Viejo, CA

Design ads, catalog, 3D glasses and other promotional products along with some web design.  Familiarity with Frontpage desired.  And one or more of Adobe inDesign, Illustrator, Quark, or MS Publisher. 2 days a week (hours flexible).  Some photography or photography experience would be helpful.

Desired Qualities:

- Attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Verbal skills for communicating with clients and vendors
- Proactive in anticipating customer needs
